Andrew Walter is the First Assistant Secretary of Government Division in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C). Prior to joining PM&C in 2023, Andrew held senior roles in the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Attorney-General’s Department.
